Our organization was founded on 12th February, 2005 with the name “My INDIA” at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani by a small group of students. Later it grew into big numbers and chapters were formed at several other places. So, Pilani is the first chapter of erstwhile My INDIA and now Nirmaan and it has taken an active participation in structuring the whole organization and thus in building a strong foundation to the organization.
The students and faculty community carrying out projects constitute Pilani chapter of the Nirmaan. The alumni of BITS Nirmaan chapter are now working in different chapters of Nirmaan.
