Objectives:
1. To train the unprivileged, unemployed but motivated rural youth around Pilani on skills like spoken English and computer basics that are required to get employed in Source Pilani, a rual BPO that’s recently started
2. To refer the trained youth to Source Pilani and get them employed and thus increase employment rate around Pilani
