Please let us know the strength of your team which would be arriving here at BITS,Pilani for the event.
All teams should get themselves registered by 12pm on 4th of April.

Following the inauguration of the event, teams would be presenting their B-Plans in front of respectable jury and audience.Presentations should be less than 10 minutes followed by a 10 minute discussion.So we request all the teams to come well prepared with their plans. Technical aid as in Multimedia(LCD) Projector shall be provided.Any other requirements other than these should be intimated well in advance.

On 4th April will be an elimination round from which 4 finalists would be chosen.Special Reward would be decided in this round itself while the 4 finalists would be competing for the top two prizes on 5th April.Presentations on 5th April would be of 35 minutes each, where teams would be judged by a different panel of judges.
Winners would be declared based on cumulative scores of presentations on both the days.

Note: Participating teams won't be allowed to sit in other presentations for maintaining transparency in competition.
