Guidelines

  • The Executive Summaries should be submitted in the prescribed format available at:www.nirmaan.org/refulgence-2k9/Downloads/downloads.html
  • Incomplete B-Plans and those without executive summaries will be disqualified.
  • 10 teams will be selected for the finals
  • Technical aid as in Multimedia (LCD) projector will be provided. Any other requirements other than these should be intimated well in advance.
  • Details regarding further proceedings of the event shall be mailed to the short listed participants.
  • Certificates will be given to those who make it to the final round.
  • Exceptionally good B-plans may be selected for implementation at All India level.
