Rules and Regulations

  • Each team can have a maximum of 5 members.
  • Team members can be from same as well as different colleges.
  • No restrictions for no. of teams from a college.
  • Each member can be a part of one team only.
  • Each team can submit one or more B-Plans.
  • The organizers are not liable for any failure of the e-mail provider/network in case of non receipt of executive summaries within the deadline.
  • The B-Plan must have executive summary, business description, marketing plan, production plan, operations and management plan, financial analysis and social impact.
  • Requests for revaluation of executive summaries or extension of deadlines will not be entertained.
  • Finalists shall be required to give a detailed presentation of their B-Plans to a panel of judges.
  • Teams failing to arrive at Pilani for final presentation will be disqualified.
  • Screening of the executive summaries and judging of business ideas will be at the sole discretion of the judges.
  • The decision of the judges shall be final and binding on the participants.
